WOW PAINTBALLING IS LIKE THE BEST OFF SKIING SEASON SPORT!!

Some reasons why

1 fun

2 get to shoot people without killing them

3 gets ur adrenaline pumping

4 cool scares to show ur friends or the ladies

5 keeps ur legs in shape & pretty much ur entire bodie in shape too

FINALLY its a fun thing to do with ur friends and get into to be active!!!!!

SO PICK UP A GUN AND PWN SOME NUBES

And heres some resons why your post is queer-

1.You forgot to use the searchbar

2.Everyone knows paintball is the most fun offseason thing to do(nearly atleast)

3. Half of that was caps WHEN ITS NOT NEEDED

Read and only post again if you correct your mistakes.

Reasons why not:

1-10.- Money, money....etc...money.

but really, i used to play and loved it, unfortunatley had to quit because i spent a piss ton of money every week to play. enjoy, though, you're lucky.

exactly i was really into woodsball had an upgraded custom 98 and all that shit but it just cost so much money and i had to give it up. i have alot of prioritys over that like gas money, car payments and a seasons pass for next year

yeah paint ball is soo much fun! But man it's so expensive. CO2 is not too bad, but the price of the balls are pretty up there.

it's cool. i played like everyday last summer seeing as i had no other money priorities and it's pretty awesome when you get a good team of guys to play with in the woods. reminds you of some war shit. but i doubt i'll play this summer between needing ski shit, car, gas money etc...gotta give up some things i suppose.

On June 9th if you go to Skirmish USA and bring your own gun, you get 1,000 paintballs for free. Mhm, gonna light people up

its so fun, the best is to get a group of a couple of friends, and then go play with a huge group.... i did this with my friends, and needless to say, "we pwnd noobs" twas quite fun...

yeah getting some buddies to play as a squad during large games is super fun.

being all tactical and 'pwning teh n0obz' is great fun

exactly!

the only problem, is last fall when i played last, it set me back 70$$ for the day,

but the look of utter astonishment when you have 4 guys dressed in camo spring out of the brush and then have 4 paint balls hit them all at once is a pretty cool feeling..

Always feels good to outsmart the other guys :P

I usually spend around $30-40 a day tops. Im conservative with paint because I can't afford to just spray and pray. If I pull the trigger, high chance your going down ;P

word I used to play a ton till my gun got stolen and I said fuck it and stopped playing. Now me and my friends just play airsoft cause it's wayyyyyyyy cheaper, like unimaginably cheaper, like in the last 3 years of playing airsoft I've spent less than one day of paintball cost me. and you can play airsoft pretty much wherever you want no driving hours to get to places. and shooting people with you airsoft gun when you aren't playing airsoft is fucking hilarious.

Airsoft isnt big up here...how do you know when you hit someone? In paintball its easy since the ball explodes paint on you but BB's just bounce off.

yeah, i've played both and you got to make sure you're enemy is honest. you can barely feel airsoft guns, so sometimes they even won't know they are hit. think its easy to cheat in paintball by just rubbing off the paint? 10X as easy in airsoft...i recommend paintball if you got the money. unless you don't want to get hurt, play airsoft, as long as you all are a bunch of Honest Abes.

paintball is way sick.

i use to play alot.

but now dont have any time.

anyone wanna buy a Bob Long Russian Legion intimidator with a compressed air tank and empire hopper?

well in paintball you get paint all over which sucks and if you hit someone in airsoft then it will pobably hurt unless you are wearing full pads which is just sissy

Woodsball is for noobs and fat people. Speedball mainly airball is where it's at, but that shit is so pricey, back in the day when I was really into it I could drop up to 200 dollars a week just going to practice every day. And tournaments are so damn expensive even if you're sponsored, it's just not worth it.

when i play airsoft, i only play in shorts, and no shirt...

you also have to play in a confined area, because those things dont have the best range...

i played once or twice, but i do not agree at all that it is the best off season sport. how about.....biking?

1. fun
2. inexpensive (only cost is bike + equipment)
3. gets your adrenaline pumping.
4. way way more scares to show to the ladies and friends.
5. keeps your legs in shape, and your mind sharp.

You reeeeeally dont wanna get me started on the woods ball/speedball debate. Speedball is a joke...

I've been banned from paintball websites for my opinions on this :P

yes lets hear it, I need some good opinions on this because my friend always says speedball is waaaaaay better than rec.

yea, it's super expensive in tournaments. the last one i went to cost over $70 for a case. luckily sponser paid for most of the paint i went through.

well i have a 2005 bob long russian legion itimidator that i paid quite a bit of money for. im not sure if they even make them anymore. but its only been used 3 times. i bought it and then got really into skiing. the hopper works good but the little "knob" that unjams the hopper is broken off tho u can still use it. the tank is alright holds i think 1000 psi im not sure tho. it leaks air but takes a long time to leak all out usually like 2 days. i really need to get rid of it. i mean im not sure on a price tho. this thing is flawless. i will even throw in a sick NXe tank cover. pm me if u want pics.

I have the same gun. Really nice gun and very easy to maintain. The only problem is you have to take off the grip frame to change batteries which can be annoying.

thats a sick gun... someone should definitely get it

me and my brother used to play a ton... and i played with a team this year for like 2 months but never did any tourneys with them... since i have no money

i really wanna start playing again next year

yeah its mostly the honor system, but if you use like white bb's or a specific color that you can see, you can see pretty easily if it hits them and then you can call them out. but another way is welts, and trust me, they will leave welts.

as for range, my sniper has a range of 200-250 feet (acurately), it also breaks skin if you engage under 50 feet. and i've heard someone chipped a kids tooth with it at 40 feet.

my pistol is probably one of the most accurate guns i have ever shot, (besides a real gun), plus its full auto/semi auto, with a wood grip hahah so its fucking tits, i love it.

but yeah, if you never tried it out get a couple friends together and do it up, its cheap and fun as shit if you play like objective games and stuff.

if you are getting a first gun go with an AEG, research a little, the good starter ones cost around 100 bucks-130ish. and then if you wanna go all out hit up higher end jap guns (tokyo mauri (sp), and classic army).

we all already have paintball guns so i cant see switching to airsoft :P

i was just curious how it worked

ive only paintballed twice, once at a real place, another at a friends house, and i had to say it was a fun experience. kinda like war. i remember going up to the front line, gettin shot, then when i got back to base the ref kid was like "Keep your mask down" i couldnt understand him so i lifted my mask 1 inch said what, and then he was like mask violaion, i was like wtf, i barely moved it. so they took my rental gun for an hour. after that i played speedball. i was ok for a noob.

yeah the places are usually pretty strict with that rule and they should be. Its a huge safety rule. Sucks when you get called on it but its usually for your own good.

i dont get it....

not stealin this thread its about paintball so why not try to hook someone up..sorry if i jacked this thread.

by the way someone asked for the price and condition...

oh well PAINTBALL is sick.

I had more sponsers for paintball than for skiing :( and I'm a much better skier than I was a paintballer.
