Pain on outside of my foot

He NS, so recently I’ve been having this pain on the outside back of my foot right under the calcaneus ( it’s the round bone under the big round bone on the outside of your ankle). It makes skin very unenjoyable as even the slightest outside pressure causes pain. I’ve already seen a boot fitter and had my boot liners heatmolded as well as the shell popped out. But the pain is still there. Does anyone have any other steps that they they I could take? I’ve thought maybe to get boot insoles to give my foot more arch support?

It’s been there since I’ve had these boots. And the boots before. There was no specific moment injury either. It might simply be that my boots are too narrow . As my feet are kind of weirdly shaped. Idk at this point

It could be a bone spur, I had those during one of my seasons and it caused pain throughout the season. Just had to stretch and roll my feet out everyday and wear insoles.

my thoughts, it might be that your foot is leaning unnaturally(for your foot) to one side or the other dont take my word for it, but for what youve tried, its either that or a bonespur as someone mentioned. also try playing with the forward lean of the top part of the boot if possible(someboots have adjustments, if you do this you have to adjust the other boot to the same position too)

This could very well be it, there is a extra bone like bump at the area where the pain is. Did yours just go away on it own or?

I will definitely try messing with the forward lean thanks for the suggestion.

If it’s on that big round bone on your ankle, it’s probably bruised. If it is just give it a few days like shin bang and ice it and such.

It’s not really on the big bone but it’s likeand additional lump under that bone you’re talking about.

looking at a anatomical picture(see below) it might have something to do with the nerve maybe?

reading your last reply, my idea about the forward lean wont do shit. its propably the way your foot sits on the sole(tension on the ligament that connects the fib to the heelbone) or a spur on that part

Ya that’s the area for sure. It does feel like a nerve pain to me just because i can feel the pain in surrounding area when I press my thumb (against the are you circled). Do you have any suggestions for me. I know you’re no doctor, but maybe you’ve had a similar problem ?

You don’t have footbeds? I’d start there.

I mean they come with some removable insoles but yesterday I took them out and it seems they really don’t offer much arch support at all

I always meditate when I have any kind of pain, do not take medicines, as medicine help you from consequences, but the reason of problem still remains inside you, and no matter how many times you will heal with those shitty tablets, you will always return back with ur problem. You should buy kratom or red or green tea, read some soul books, meditate and do yoga, understand that u can fix it all without any kind of treatments, just by believing in urself and understanding what kind of creature are you, a creature that can control everything, even his own organs.

That sounds cool man, but here on NS we are firm believers in an all fruit diet. Works great to heal almost any ailment.
