Page coming up in HTML

This has only been happening today. But when I click a link, the page shows up in HTML. I think tis HTML. But its werid. If I click back and then click the link again, it usually works. Just werid.

and in between 'interact' and 'media', there is now this gray square with a red button type thin in it and 'The Site' is all blurry.
