Jesus Christ, we are only 1 win away from the super bowl, its crazy. And for everybody saying yeah but they will never beat the pats, Brett Favre will show brady how it is done. We beat them in 96 and I feel some de ja vu coming on here. The pack is back.

im sorry but did the packers break all records imagineable, have a 93% completion game. and beat the jaguars without their wide reciver oh wait NO
packers wont win, look at the facts

pretty sure brett favre has beat every qb record there is. including most records broken in a year, whats that mean? without their wide receiver???? your giving them props for winning A game without A wide rceiverr? nice dude.

all records imagineable? pretty sure brett still holds all of the records, plus, moss and brady havent yet played what most critics call the best pair of corners in the league, harris and woodson. And although the seahawks arent as hard as the jags, did you see Grant stomping all over the feild when we werent able to pass to either of our recievers? 204 yards in that snow is amazing.

all records such as ints.... yeah nice record there. how many rings does favre have? oh yeah... 1

Pack, Pat superbowl. Pack win in OT with a Favre bomb. The Pats defense is aging, late in the game its not crazy to assume that they would get tired. Also, Favre is a god in OT seen countless times during the season. And yes, if Favre wins, he will be in the top 5 of all time quarterbacks in my eyes. Yes, Brady is in that list even if he loses.

you guys are forgetting something here, THEY STILL HAVE TO BEAT THE GIANTS. they have so much momentum going in. winning 9 straight roads game which is a record because you guys are discussing meaningless records up there. i mean the records are meaningless in the post season. what happen in the regular season means nothing right now, its a whole new season after week 17. the giants have a really good chance. cant wait till next sunday, i'm hyped

They have a great chance, sure, but the key problem is Eli. I like the Giants but Eli is a tumor on the team. Eli, like the rest of the Mannings, is a choke artist. Sure, hes hot now, but if you put him in a do or die situation, its going to be Favre over Eli 100% of the time. Don't get me wrong, I am ecstatic that the Giants shit on the Cowboys, anytime the Cowboys lose is a good time. Though he can't pull it off against Greenbay, he simply does not have the balls.

damn man your a disgrace to live in new york. having no faith in the g men. there defense is pretty intense right now. and peyton isn;t a choke artist wtf? he just won a fucking super bowl last year. like the rest of the mannings? what is there, 10 of them? they are thier own person. eli has just started to take shape. so i'm going to go againist espn and the rest of the country and go with my giants. having the momentum going in to this game. going againist the odds.

Jersey is Giants country my friend, NYC is Jets country. Peyton won a superbowl, but lost to a Chargers team with half of Rivers and no LT. He didn't win for years before that. I just hate Eli, I can't help it. He looks like some little kid who was forced to play football and somehow got into the NFL. I think its going to be a close game, OT worthy, and you know if it goes there Favre will win. I just want to see a great Pack and Pats superbowl, the Jets suck so all I have left to do is be bitter.

haha no new york city in general is giants. your part of queens is all asians and like the jets and the mets. dont get me wrong, i'm a mets fan too but there are a shitload of asians at shea stadium. and at mountain creek. go figure. maybe your not even asian, i'm going on a limb here

oh and seventeenth season, never missed a game. most wins, completions, attemps, interceptions, playoff td's, wins, yards, and starts. get outa here

Dude... Just like Lenny Wilkens and Bill Fitch, the top two winningest coaches in the NBA have over 2,000 combined losses. It makes sense the the quarterback who makes the most pass attempts in history is going to break the record for interceptions. And yea... 2. Not 1.

im a giants fan and i think the packers will be a better test then the cowboys were.... its going to be a really good game regardless who wins

if eli manning plays the way he has in the past few games i think they have a chance, also you have to consider if the giants bring the pass rush as hard as they did against cowboys, how will brett favre play?

Okay, it looks like this. Grant had a 204 yard rushing game against the Seahawks in the snow. Now, I still believe that that game was won by Lambeau, not by Favre, but 200 yards? That shit is impressive, and if you're going to beat the Patriots, you're going to have to run the ball quite a bit. So that's one thing. The other thing is that on defense, I don't care how great you think your corners are, Brady and Moss are better. If you want to give the Pats offense trouble you need to pressure them, not rely on your secondary, because they'll end up getting beat. The biggest problem is that Brady doesn't throw INTs. Favre does. Turnovers will kill ANY attempt to beat that team because not only are they very, very good, they don't make mistakes on offense very often. By which I mean I can't think of one off the top of my head.

I would give about 6-1 odds on any bet against the Patriots, and I'm being conservative.

the last time the pack won it all they stomped the pants off those massachusetts douchenozzles

Green Bay Packers 35, New England Patriots 21

this year history will repeat itself, and giselle will end up getting gangraped by the entire packers defense, just like tom did during the game.

HAHA look shit up before you speak. won ONE superbowl. youre a fuckin retard shows what you know about football

i will give you $100 if you can show me he has won 2 superbowls. he made it to 2, but only won 1. fucking retard know your shit before you speak. he lost to elway and the broncos

Dude youre right I was a little overzealous at proving a pats fan wrong and repeated what that other guy said, thinking he was talking about going to the superbowl 2 times. Don't call me a fucking retard though. For you to say that favre is somehow a bad quarterback for having the record for interceptions is the stupidest thing ive ever heard. The quarterback that has broken nearly every other record, including pass attempts, is obviously going to have the record for interceptions. Its funny because thats the only bad thing you can say about favre. Trust me. If the packers and pats traded recieving corps for the past 5 seasons, the pats wouldn't be shit and the packers would have pulled off a 5 peat. You know its true. Tom Brady wouldn't be anything special if he didn't have the league's best receivers to throw to year in and year out. Farve is a legend no matter who he's passing to. And seriously... stop being such an asshole. Every reply you've made has had "I'm a dick" written all over it. Chill the fuck out. I'm not going to call you names or say that your team sucks or anything like that. You shouldn't do that shit either. Arguing and disagreeing with people is fine. Attacking them personally because of what they think isn't. Grow up.

well he would be the only quarterback to start 2 superbowls 10 or more years apart, so yeah he is a champ

hey dip shit, did you ever think that the pats receivers were good BECAUSE of Brady? Besides for this year, we've never had "the league's best receivers". All of our past receivers have risen to the top while playing for the pats. The best example is deion branch, where did he come from? Oh yeah, he was drafted by the pats in 2001 65th overall. He went on to help us win 3 superbowls, including being mvp of super bowl 39. Is he still one of the leagues top receivers after leaving brady? Nope. What about David Givens, and David Patten? After being traded both of them have been huge letdowns, especially Patten. And who the fuck were our receivers last year? Our leading reciever was Reche Cauldwell, with just over 700 yards. He wasn't even good enough this year to be a top 5 receiver so we cut him. And yet we still made it to the AFC championship game, and we would have beaten the colts, had RECHE FUCKING CAULDWELL not dropped the easiest pass ever. Point is, we've had no-names for recievers for the past 5 years (not including this year), and yet we still won 3 superbowls and almost made it to a fourth because Brady is the best qb of all time.

you realize that was in 1997 and tom brady was still at michigan right?

and brady doesn't let giselle go to his games, hes not whipped like that homo romo.

sure it would be great to see, hell i'd love that. and it'd be an exciting game with favre against brady, but don't assume favre will serve his ass. it would be way interesting/exctiting, that's all i can say.

she does go to his games, but he told the media that if they show her on tv that he wont talk to that station or give them interviews anymore.

sounds like he's more whipped.

plus romo is a good guy, he's from right near where i grew up.

and it's only that much more impressive that ten years later, favre is at the same place on top of the qb heap.

or brady is also a good guy for looking out for his girlfriend and trying to give her the privacy and respect she deserves?

you my friend are wrong

GB lead the NFL in YAC, the d-backs are amazing

Just please be a mod and not talk anymore

Brandy isnt even that good.ANYONEcould be good with that line. He has enough time for the recivers to get open.

GBwill run over them and throw short and the the WR do their thing and run/juke/spin/etc over the pats defence.

GB will win

agreed. the only way to beat the patriots is bring pressure on every play. moss will beat your corners, and brady will get the ball to him unless you put pressure on him. on offense, the packers can't make mistakes. they need to keep a good balance of runs and passes, and if grant has a game like he did against the seahawks then who knows what could happen. but realistically, even if all of this happens, the packers are still gonna need some luck. but anyways neither team is in the super bowl yet so....

i'm not even going to acknowledge your mod comment.

not EVERYONE can be a decent quarterback. sure a great line can help, but it takes more to be a good quarterback, nevermind a GREAT quarterback.

the pats also have a great defense that will take a hell of a lot to "run over" with no trouble.

hahaha i think you are rooting for your team a little too much. don't get me wrong, green bay is a great team, but the patriots are amazing. (i hate the pats for the record)

although their corner backs are really good, moss is amazing, he will beat them. not on every play, but he will beat them on some big plays. also welker is a beast.

brady isn't that good? are you fucking kidding me. as much as i hate brady, i can say that he is one of the best QB's in the league. sure the line helps, but there is no other QB who can make come backs in the fourth quarter like he can. and it's all him.

the patriots also have a really good defense and i think a lot of people look past that because their offense is so good. they are gonna be able to stop the short passes and i think they are gonna have a game plan for the run as well.

really though, i hope to god the packers (assuming they go) crush the patriots, but the odds most definitely aren't in their favor. go packers!!!

why does she deserve to be treated differently than anyone else at the games, including bob kraft, that appears on tv just because she is always on tv in her underwears?

and if tony romo had said that to the press, he would have been blasted in the press for "keeping jessica under wraps" or "romo's secret lover" or something like that.

when someones at a game, they just want to watch it, they dont want cameras flashing in their face the entire time, its called being respectful

and romo knows his girlfriend is more famous than he is, thats why he keeps his mouth shut. hes jessicas bitch

Wisconsin is going nuts over all this

theres rallys and eerything in pretty much every city,

however, id like to take this oppurtunity to add GO PATS

the green bay fox affiliate has pulled sienfeld from the air on saturday night because it's eli's favorite show. they actually gave that as the reason in the press release.

WLUK, the Fox affiliate in Green Bay airs reruns of “Seinfeld,” including ones on Saturdays at 5:30p CT. Giants QB Eli Manning is a fan of the show...and so the station has pulled the program.

"That's exactly when Eli will be relaxing in his downtown Appleton hotel room getting ready for Sunday's game," WLUK says in a news release. "Why give comfort to the enemy?" said Jay Zollar, general manager. "Green Bay Packers fans do not want any of the New York Giants to get a good night's sleep, and Fox 11 will do its part."

btw, if anyone is in the area, they stay at the paper valley downtown. 3 am fire alarm?
