Package lost in mail?

I figured this is gear so I'll put this here...

What should I do?

I ordered a Saga shirt from their website on the 15th which came with online tracking. The tracking claims that it was delivered on the 18th at a time where I was home and saw nothing. I emailed USPS to see if I should just wait or ask if there was a mistake but after 3 days still haven't gotten a reply.

It is now the 21st, 6 days after ordering which is still a perfectly reasonable time to expect something to ship in, but I'm concerned someone else got it because of the tracking. Should I call? Should I email saga, I don't think there is anything they could really do. I would usually have no problem waiting it out but July 2nd I'll be on a cruise for a week and I don't think a week of rain would be good for a shirt in a box.

I've sent literally hundreds of things with USPS and one time the package ripped open and they sent it back and other than that I haven't had any problems. I'd say they are pretty reliable. If they left it at your door maybe somebody stole it?

Its USPS's fault. Theyre supposed to verify that you received the item. Email Saga and tell them what happened. If they have good customer service they should give you what you ordered they sort it out with the post office.

Did you check your mailbox? When I ordered my jacket in the fall I was expecting a package at my doorstep. The tracking said it was delivered, however I couldn't find it. It ended up being in my mailbox. Fun story.
