P90X.

so much hate in this thread, kinda sad.
To clarify my opinion, I'm a gym rat. I lift 5-6 days a week, supplement, goals, planned workouts, i research it in my free time, been doing it for 7 years....the whole bit. It's an obsession of mine and I really enjoy it.

With that said, P90X is not for me, because I have the experience to know what does and does not work for me and I can adjust and create my own workouts depending on what I'm trying to accomplish. BUT i think P90X is a great thing for some people. Most people are clueless about how to get in shape...shit half the guys I see in the gym still don't know what they're doing. I think any workout program that is easy to follow and gets results for the average person who is just trying to maintain their health or shape is a good thing.
It's not for me, but by all means I encourage everyone to stay in shape and be healthy so however they want to do it (as long as it works) is good in my book.

For those who do nothing and are fat slobs, I have no respect for you and you clearly don't respect yourself so I don't see why anybody else should give you respect.

i pretty stayed the same and actually added a little bit. idk, depending on nutrition (maybe just add a little more) its def possible.

like the techy hippo said. its easy as fuck to follow (from a mind/motivation perspective) and for a lot of people (including me) that dont know a lot about muscle building/getting fit its not that bad.

i am a legit xc-mtbiker, so i know the whole endurance-thingy, but nothing about that ripping-stuff, so its nice to have a few guidelines to follow.

p90x is great. i have started it twice and got 7 weeks into it the first time and 8-9 the second attempt. even after that much time i felt so much healthier, stronger and more awake. it consumes a lot of time each day and each time i just got too busy or sick or something. i really enjoy it and it is an excellent workout for endurance and strength training.
GERMAN POTATO SOUP!

Haha to people saying you cant get in shape in 3 months. I consider myself somewhat athletic def not fat or anything like that, and fucking P90X raped me, quit till spring couldn't do it in the winter.

They have different workout schedules to follow for people looking for different things. They have the lean plan which is for people wanting to lose weight a little toning. Then they have a classic schedule which focuses more on strength and less cardio. Then they have a doubles schedule which is self explanatory, two sessions a day, this is more for conditioning and it's good if you're getting ready for spring track. It seems like you'd be good with the classic routine. Here's the schedule and some info, http://www.zimbio.com/P90X+Reviews/articles/66/The+Different+P90X+Plans

Shit broo. I feel you!
Listen up, I did P90X and it got me in some good shape. Like, the first time I had ever started to put some muscle on my chest, arms, shoulders, and back. Ripped my abs too..
But I started going to the gym to just work on other things and stay more dedicated. Best decision I madee.. Also, get on a protein supplement and hit it about 3 times a day!
I'm a XC runner, captain actually.. so you know I'm skinny as f*ck. If I can help you out, let me know. Pictures might be do-able, but I'm not trying to whore myself out.

Haha. Nice joke about the vegatarian isht.
No, to answer your question.. But I have trouble planning a diet because I'm always busy with school, so I just make sure I'm getting protein. Put on maybe 10 pounds in the past two months, so I'm stoked.. Went and lost half of it from being sick for a week though.
In any case, you should be getting about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight if you're working out regularly and trying to put on mass.

Iso hunt has good torrents and it includes all the pdf nutrition guides and stuff. From the same people is beach body insanity and it has a different host for all of you who hate tony. The beach body insanity has a crazy cardio abs which has no crunches or sit ups and it works

Ya I torrented that. Going to start tomorrow, just did 15 mins of the body test (already worked out today) to give it a shot and it seems nuts, got to get that mind set.

I saw tony check out one of the girls while her boyfriend was right next to her. lol'd hard. can't remember what session it was though.
