I need new bindings, looking for something reliable and well priced. (prolly ebay) Deadbolts seem like overkill... i have no pow here, just slush, ice and park & pipe

Any suggestions?

I have the P12 jibs because for my fugatives they came with a wider break and were liek 10 bucks more that the P10s

Depends how much you weigh and how tall you are. The only diff between p10s and p12s are the DIN limit. If you are going to crank them up past 10, then get p12s. if not then get p10s.

^ 140lbs... that's why i'm asking, is a din 12 really needed on the east coast (PA)

at 140 i don't think you need a binding with a din higher than 10, there's not really any reason you should be skiing over 8 unless you're a competative racer or skiing burly lines above cliffs.

p10's it is
