Owls nest and sutton in quebec

hey i was invited for a tripe to sutton and quebec with my friends youth group, are they worth hitting up? im from NH ive been to Mont Sainte Anne and Tremblant and they were good. any info will be helpful, maybe a site too! thank you!

Owls Head is a good mountain. Great views, Great skiing, Great powder if you know where to look, and at least to me, a great nigh life.

Sutton is also a good mountain, great glades, you go there to ski glades and not much else, cause there really isnt much else to do.

both mountains have fun features and natural terrain to have tons of fun on for a long time, but neither of them have great parks, or even good parks. i know that Owls Head is starting to dramatically improve theirs, but im not sure about sutton, cause i havent been there in a couple years.

oh, and i may be biased because Owls Head is my home mountain

 
thanks a ton, ill be up there martin luther king day weekend with a youth group stuff. but itll probably just be me and my buddy who snowboards but hes sick. im pretty pumped to go now. thanks a bunch

hahahah great night life at owl's Head, thats awsome, they have the Bar at the lodge where the average age is 15 or less. I once saw a 4 yr old walking around there and pimping it on the dance floor. Still alright i guess. I go there cuz my friend's cottage is there and I get free lift tickets with my shop.

I love skiing owl's head, because the park is not difficult and it's loads of fun anyways, and it's more family type place so you have alot less attitude then you would get at Sauveur/Avila. Besides the park it's a big mountain and some nice steep hills and the poutine rocks...it's made by the owner's wife. Don't let the chair scare you tho, it is a little much CRAPPY!

Park wise, definately hit up Avila if you can. Or 3 hours more you get Stoneham, which is good too

well, the nightlife is great if you're a local, or get there for the right weekends. i just love that bar so god damn much, its like Cheers, where everybody knows your name.

 
yeah ill definatley be up there, its just gonna be my bud and i chilling since we know noone else that is going cause they are from another town. hes 18 and that helps

dude ur a fucking idiot, if you look at my post u see that im asking cause im going on a trip with a freidn with a youth group to QC u dumb shit. if i wanted to go to jay peak i would just call a kid i know and ask if i can stay at his place that weekend. but the point is im going to quebec with a bus full of people. stupid shit.

... shaggy nightlife at sutton and owls head is not that great, owls head gets icy like a motherfucker, but sutton has sick glades, but the crowds get huge for the out of date lifts, the park was decent last year, you should hit up jay peak, or mt avila, avial has a sick park
