My buds and I are planing a road trip across VT this year and the only night we don't have accommodation is the night we are at Killington. Are there any good places to overnight park for Free or without getting caught?

Park at the Sherburne Pass parking lot! Its a parking lot for hikers on the Appalachian Trail. Its about a mile up the road past the Killington access road in between Killington and Pico

Planning on going up sometime in november, is there a good spot to camp near the mountain? Would we have any problems just setting up our stuff in one of the lower k1 lots or even at ramshead or skyeship? Thought we were going to stay at the econolodge but turns out you need to be 21 to rent a room.

me and my brother parked right next to the base of K1 for the night, nobody said anything.

I called Killington and the explicitly told me that it was not ok to sleep in their lots and I would be towed. I slept in the trail head between Killy and Pico no problem though, you can get pretty far off the road and its pretty dead late at night. Just sleep there to avoid any issues.

If it snows you might not want to do this, pretty sure they don't plow there.

I stayed there during one of the biggest storms of last year in a little Mazda hatchback and I didnt have any issues getting out.

Well I mean there was like inches of snow in the lot, but I parked my car facing the road so I just kind of plowed through it.
