you can do it in premiere, although it's easier in after effects.
just go through your effects and find a garbage matte, depending on the shot you might want to use a 16 point or 8 point one, i cant see a 4 point one working well at all. To use a garbage matte you drag the points up from the bottom, say, and it will make anything below those points dissapear.
So to apply this for how you want to use it you're going to want put the shot of the first jump on the first video track, and the shot of 2nd jump right ontop of the first one, on the 2nd track. You should probably be able to figure out the rest from here, just mess around with the matteing and you'll get the hang of it.
