Overflip vs backflip

Im thinking about trying a invert this year and i was wondering wich is easyer i can do an overflip on my trampoliene but barely a backflip. I just want to know what you think is easier.

and another question, are overflips possible in the pipe?

I think an overflip is the same thing as an underflip but frontflip instead of back, id go with the backflip

and over flip is like turning 90 degrees-lincoln looping-90 degrees. its almost like a really really corked 5

overflip is pretty much a misty i believe. backflip is easier on skis than on a tramp for me. just build a jump that is close to vert and ahuck that shit

do NOT try any invert unless you can consistantly land backfluips on your tramp. Any horse faced retard can backflip so please get those down so you don't die

nah cause i can do pretty much everyflip but a backflip..used to be able to do them but like a year ago i kinda underrotated one and it sketched me out so now i cant even ball up enough to tilt my head back and pretend to throw one

i think backs are easier because it just basically going with ur momentum off the lip and an overflip it going against.... id try backflip first...

use poles

well id say backflip but then again ive never done an overflip.

if you can barely do a backflip on a trampoline then id say for you an overflip would be easier

I can do a backflip off a diving board i can do every other flip on a trampiloene bt a backflip

I was under the impression that an over flip was a front flip with 180 degrees horizontal rotation

wait is doing a backflip on a tramp anythng like doing them on skis? like i can double back on tramps and shit, and like i always thought it would be mad different with the weirght factor of the skis and everything. am i wrong?

nah a misty is off axis spinning. an over flip or underflip is misty or rodeo where your feet go str8 over head. pete olenick does em alot. thats an over flip. imagine that trick but flipping the other way thats an underflip.

if you cant get the balls to do a backflip on a tramp then how are you gonna do a backflip on skis....you really need to get them down on a tramp....good luck

i stared doing overflips. they are so easy to build up the confidence to do. they spin very slow however. and cool thing about overflips is that they help majorily with mistys and even d spins

an overflip is a 90-downhill lincoln loop-90.

a did a frontflip first, then an underflip, then a backflip. i think i went out of order?

just do a backflip on your tramp but go foward...i think it's called a "gainer" idk tho.

i cant really explain it either...rory bushflield does one in "push" off a ledge...

no man thats wrong... an overcorked 5 is an underflip. like if you carve really really hard fora cork 5 and instead of spinning and corking it your head just goes under thats an underflip.

i think the easiest invert is a misty. thats just personal preference, i know people that would rather backflip a jump than 3 it. i'd rather misty or rodeo a jump then throw a regular 5.

inverts arent harder than regular spins, they just take more balls.

ok then. find me a vid of an over flip and a misty, show me the differences an i will admit that i am wrong.

i think he means a frontflip in which case I think a backflip is two times easier simply because you can't spot your landing on a frontflip

Underflips

An underflip can easily be mistaken for a rodeo or a misty. It’s an odd rotation: a 90 degree turn off the lip, followed by a lincoln loop up the hill (head faces jump followed by feet) to another 90, landing backwards. See niklas karlstrom in teddybear crisis up the step-up, or in X off of a small snowbank. Vincent Dorion also does these well.

Overflips

Baisically the opposite of an underflip, commonly mistaken for a misty 5. 90, lincoln loop downhill (feet face jump followed by head) to another 90, landing backwards. see mike wilson in ready, fire, aim or in superpark 2. These do look almost exactly like misty’s. Searching on NS, I could only find one video of an overflip, and it wasn’t that great of an example. We need your video!
