Overdoing steeze

holy faaack, reading this thread is like reading a 12 year old girls celebrity gossip magazine................... come on newschoolers.....
 
andreas hatviet is pretty much the best skier ever. he slays urban, boxes, jumps, road gaps, kangaroos, bomb drops, fucking anything with skis on his feet how can u call him out
 
brogan, i love ur steeze more than anything else (no homo)... and hornbeck of course...who, like previously suggested, might just be narcoleptic...but u say uve dedicated ur whole life to making ur steeze overdone...i mean i respect the devotion to ur craft...but maybe u should put a little effort into some other, more fruitful endeavors which might be more profitable in the long run once your knees give out.....or maybe that wasn't john brogan at all and this entire heartfelt message was all in vain...whatever its 12 36 am and im bored....
 
Whatever I couldn't agree more. No effense to half this community but when I here someone is working on their steeze, it just annoys me. I think style comes naturally. As you get better at your tricks, they begin to look more natural AS they become more natural for you to do. So why spend days at a time simply working on your steeze. Just practice your tricks until they look good. Im going to say something that Ill get FLAMED on for but here it goes. In Enjoy Mike Hornbeck does a cork 7 lands and they starts... like... swaying his shoulders from side to side? I think Hornbeck is damn good skier but why not just land forwards stomp the shit out of it and ski away. No need to turn your shoulders right? Looks ridiculous. I also think Jon Brogan has a natural steeze, not a forced one. Its these kids that need to move their shoulders around and put their hands at there penises that make things look awkward. Whatever.
 
i saw a steezer try to go onto a box and look super relaxed, but he turned way to late to get on and clipped his ski face planted and rode the box out on his face
 
im a kid and i agree with you people do try to. i don't because i have enough trouble landing anyways so tryign to ride off stteezzzy is another challange
 
Im pobably beating a dead horse here, In fact i know I am. Jon brogan has the sickest style I have ever seen with one exception. In virtually every shot he looks at the camera after he lands. This definatley shows that he stomped it, but thats my ony complaintl Im in no position to critisize however, becasue he owns me and 99% of NS.

i think we should land all tight and make jumps look really gay....then people will copy that...aand THEN you go back to some steeze and kids on message boards will freak out about that Ganggsta guy who still lands with steeze...what am i saying....who cares...
