It's so dangerous, resorts have the resources to build something like this but they don't because of their insurance, they have resort insurance and the agents come and check out the parks to make sure they are safe, there are resorts that only have ride on rails for just this reason, and it would be way too difficult for somebody to go out and build something like this in their back yard .
