Ok, so I tell a lot of people/parents about NS and the general reaction is that of a roll of the eyes. There is good information here but it is hard to find unless you are familiar with the site. They feel out of place because the site is full of "kids". I thought it would be a good idea to create a place where an "older" crowd can post or ask what a lot of the NS members might consider dumb questions with out reprecussion. I hope to grow it into a place I wish existed when I joined here.

Message me for an invite.

Being 24 I'm not exactly "old" but with the average age on this site 15 or 16 I see what you are saying. However, I've found most of the discussion here to be overall pretty mature. It's hard to get off topic when so many people are so dedicated to a common interest.

Things have been cleaned up as of late, so it seems. I just remember how I felt over a year ago and thought that it is worth a shot to try and give something back.

i agree.. well I'll be 19 in 2 months. But, I'm kinda used to it. I just finished HS and some of the 18 year olds in my grade act like they are 2

There are not many over 21 who post. They are here all the time, trust me. :o) Ski area professionals, product representatives, parents, coaches etc.

^ word. you just have to cut through the usless crap that gets posted in between, like the weekly topics on "how do i do 360's????" or "favorite ski????????", but usually most of the posts have helpful information, and if you do have a question, ask it. youll get a few replies (etc, "search bar", "stfu noob", "your mom ...") but you also get a lot of quality responses to. besides, being lazy like myself, checking one forum is hard enough, trying to check on two a day is asking way too much. i only got one hand, man, and its full o beer.

hello, i would like to inquire about an invitation to your "over 21 cult." i being someone who is over 21, and would like an invite.
