And, I'll go ahead and honor the agreement of $20 for jacket and artwork. I can discuss with local services re: framing (archival quality materials, mahogany frame, UV protection, etc). Shipping will have to increase a little, of course, to account for the additional weight.

Are you saying that you are not a man of your word? You made an offer, I accepted the offer, and I'm just waiting for the payment information so that I can fulfill my end of the deal. I even agreed to the higher price ($40). If you renege that would qualify as bait and switch, which is illegal in all 50 states. What's your PayPal address? I can send the $40 this afternoon.

I’ve contacted the Better Business Bureau. They will be along shortly to review your shady business practices. In the meantime, I strongly urge other members to not engage in any dealings with this seller as it could make you liable in the pending criminal hearing.

While you've got the BBB on the phone, you might also bring up the fact that authentic Dickies jackets are tested for QA/QC before leaving the factory to assure that the collar is at the top of the jacket and the openings on the sleeves are on the bottom. The jacket depicted in the advertisement seems to be reversed, with the collar at the bottom of the jacket and the openings for the arms at the top.

Also, it might be more fitting for the impending negative yelp.com review rather than the formal criminal proceedings, but the antagonistic nature of the seller is certainly noteworthy.
