So a buddy of mine was havin a party this weekedn that i was gonna dj, but i was just wondering if we would get a little visit from the 5-0 if its in his backyard. there will be loud music lots of booze, and lost of chronic... so would havin a backyard party be breakin any laws?

By the way its in a subdivision but its in angus which is kinda a sketch town

we have a curfew of 11, so you can do whatever the f you want till then. if it seems risky i wouldn't even take the chance. a legit party, is a legit location.

ive had the fire department called on a party i was at. told us to put out our fire. as long as its not huge and you arent being obnoxious its usually okay.

put a gate or something outside so they cant come in and if they do anyways then they are screwed cause if they catch anyone they broke a rule to do it, so u can get out of it.

They can look into the backyard over the fence if they arent approached by a sober person who lives in the house first, and if they see alcohol or weed back there that is grounds to cross the fence. On the other hand, if while approaching the property they are greeted by a resident of the house who is sober, that person can refuse them to be allowed to search unless they get a warrant.

nah nothing is illegal just don't use loud music, don't smoke weed and don't drink. You should be fine.
