I like both of these podcasts. I think that not being a park skier would be an issue if they were giving a bunch of opinions about parking skiing all the time. But it doesn't really affect their ability to have a good conversation with someone like Dan for instance. And they're able to get a wider range of people and viewpoints on their podcast. Not an issue to me. I dont see the need to negatively compare the two podcasts like this

personally i have zero problem with Outof collective, dude is clearly on to something and make a name for himself in the industry, he might have some cringe takes once in a while but literelly every single podcaster will too. I have not really listened much but he has been successful clearly so more power to him

What do you mean by the park skiing world? Are you saying it can't overlap with other aspects of skiing? There are plenty of skiers they interview that primarily park skiers (myself included) find interesting. This is like ranting about an MTB podcast not being about park skiing because a lot of skiers find that interesting. Expand your mind.

Credibility comes from the interviewee not the interviewer. I am not understanding why it's lame in your mind for someone who isn't a hardcore park skier to interview some park skiers? If anything it's good for us park skiers as it hopefully makes park skiing sound and look cool to people listening and it can bring them into the space.

I just don't like the whole cookie-cutter generic podcast approach. The format is just beat plug-n-play. What really tipped me over the edge was how completely disrespectful he was to Dadali. Dude posted a 20 minute apology video the day before the podcast with Dadali was even published, basically jading anyone who didn't know who Dadali was before watching. Seemed like he only had Dadali on to get clicks, not because he was interested in him as a guest.
