Out of Body Experience

I was trying an OBE once and my body felt like it was vibrating and felt like I was trying to pull myself up until my friends came in the room playing "stuck it in the wrong hole". I was pissed. Anyone else try an OBE or actually do one?

not sure if I believe OBE's. but Lucid dreaming is the craziest most amazing shit. Highly recommend practising it if you wanna be able to pretty much be god in your own world.

I've actually had one before.

Hit a tree with the back of my head after falling while skiing. I don't remember much before or after, but during was pretty clear. I remember feeling like I just got up like normal after the crash and I turned around and still saw my body there. Everything was really quiet and serene and felt really peaceful. I felt like there was nothing else going on in the world and that moment was no measure of time, like it felt like forever when it was really about 4-5 minutes. I also felt like my mind was really clear. I had no thoughts on my mind. It was just analyzing what was going on and taking it all in. Faintly I heard a moan, like when you get the air knocked out of you. It got louder and sounded closer until it was inside my head and I realized it was me that was making that sound. Right when I made that connection I came to and woke up to the face of a patroller.

one time i was looking in the mirror and i stared for so long that a wizard came and the wizard told me that i could have one wish so i wished that i had an elephant i named him edward and i rode him to san francisco we saw my mom and she waved to me and i dropped my ice cream cone and cried but i was happy when edward got me a new one edward is really nice he likes popcorn and playing mario with me we have fun a lot but sometimes edward gets mad and i have to say edward please dont be mad and then hes not mad anymore we like the color blue and i wish i had an elevator that would take me to a cloud where edward and i could sit and play games and color

The vibrating is essentially your body going into sleep paralysis. that means your body is asleep, but your mind is still awake. you need to be in sleep paralysis in order to lucid dream, and astral projection is comparable to a form of lucid dreaming. you are basically putting an image of yourself laying in bed (or whatever youre going to look at) in your mind, and eventually it manifests itself as a dream and it feels as if you are having an OBE.

dont fight the vibrating feeling at all. in fact, try not to pay attention to it because when you do (at least for me), you start to get excited which wakes your body up and you snap out of paralysis. just keep at it and youll have an obe/ld eventually, gl.

I have a (sort of) reoccurring dream where I will be walking around in my dream, and then see my body. I usually wake up as soon as I see myself. The dreams often take place in different places. Sometimes I'm walking around my house, sometimes I'll b walking through a forest

I remember the first time when my parents left me alone when I was 12 and I smoked half a cigarette with my friend and got so high I could taste sounds and hear colors and see little leprechauns dancing. It was insane. So awesome but I couldn't tell anyone about it because I was scared my parents would find out and ground me.

Lol, you don't believe in them??? or you believe most people who talk about them are bullshitting?

And lucid dreaming dreaming is cool but not what the thread is about.

No guaranteed I have way more OBE/lucid dreaming experience then you ever will in your life. What I'm saying is I think OBE's are just certain lucid dreams as said earlier in the thread. I always get the vibrations when I lucid dream so ya...doesnt mean your soul is exiting your body. If you believe your astral projecting/out of body in a dream, it will manifest itself and you will believe your actually in another dimension or whatever when really your just dreaming. But Im not saying its not possible. I hope OBEs and astral projection might be real. Cause dreams are mostly unknown, for all we know dreams are actually our soul going to other realms/dimensions who fucking knows. That shit would be insane if it were proven. Until then enjoy your OBEs/lucid dreams/astral projections or whatever you wanna call them. It's a fucking amazing thing more people should know about.

Hahaha sure. I was lucid dreaming before I even knew what it was. I just knew I had special powers in the dream realm. I think it had to do with getting woken up and then falling back asleep.

Maybe you've done it a bunch more than me, I don't care. I'm not keeping track.

As far as out of body experiences what I commented that because I know damn well you can have them. Honestly not always a fun thing.

The OBE's I had were not when I was asleep. Shit had absolutely NOTHING to do with lucid dreaming and everything to do with high dosages of hallucinogens.

So for you to tell me that you you're "not sure if I believe OBE's", "No guaranteed I have way more OBE/lucid dreaming experience then you ever will in your life." is just retarded.

The amount of 12 year olds on the internet is too damn high.
