Being from Ohio and having been there many times I find that school to be a joke socially same thing day in and day out. Academically it is surprisingly a very respectable school.
 
word dude, the best is when you and like one other person are awake at 5 am with people all strewn about passed out on the floor and you see like 10 beers left somewhere and decide to grab a funnel or something to shotgun with and just fuckin go til you pass out try to keep up with eachother til its gone. man me and my bro always end up doing that, and he always pisses hisself in bed.
 
your bro may want to take up a new hobby. i have a friend who always pisses himself too, but i mean just a suggestion.....cuz i know i would hate doing all that laundry...

you guys got ranked 1# this year by Princeton. but heres an excerpt from playboy magazines ratings of the top party school

"We did not include Ohio University in this list of top party schools. We felt it would be unfair to include professionals on a list of amateurs"
 
Now that you mention that can u please quote the actual issue and article it was in...i have heard many different schools lay claim to this quote not saying it isn't true but no one has ever produced the article for me!!
 
so many people say OU is the best party school, in my eyes, after experiencing it, its really just the most organized party school, because thats the only thing there is to do there, except maybe a little golf. its located in the middle of nowhere theres nothing to do, its at least 3 hours from the nearest 500 foot ski hill, so the only thing anyone does there is drink. OU is fun for parties, but i've been at a lot of college campus parties and they really aren't any better, i'd rather be at the school closer to the slopes with more stuff to do than just party. I also don't like how gay all the students there are about how cool they are because they go to 'the best party school' in the US, not saying you are but a lot of the people i know there are.
 
i'm a junior this year, and going to huge parties every weekend is starting to get old for me. sure i can go out any friday or saturday night and go to a xx many kegger and get wasted with mostly a bunch of random people, but i would rather chill with a few of my close friends and just drink some beers. just my opinion.

but in response to the out of beer thing, when your out of beer, it means its time for another b double e double r-u-n
 
at my school they don't cancel class in the winter because years ago they did that once and before 11am all the liquor/party stores were sold out of any and all alcohol. people were seen dragging kegs home on sleds.
