Better than missing the whole season, you'll still have like 2 months skiing time... Make the best of it

If you can't walk for 3 months min that's not really looking that great for skiing depending on said injury. Also 3 months puts mid march with only a month left really. Mid april is pretty much the end.

Then again, who listens to doctors anyway. Crush it at pt and hope things improve fast. If you go back out early don't break yourself

When I got injured and doctors said I won't be able to ski for a year (ski season was in 7 months) so I worked super hard on my recovery and hit the gym, plates, yoga, etc and 5 months into my recovery the doctor said I could ski.

Never had any problems with my knees since.

So what you can from this us, doctors give you a longer than actual recovery time. Now you should respect the doctors opinion however more often than not they eer on the side of caution. So work harder than the doctor expects you to do and you'll be skiing faster.

He's unable to walk atm

I broke my ankle last week and can't do much for about 8 weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to get some spring laps this year
