hey guys looks like martini and i are in the same boat skiing wise instead of tearin up my knee though i broke my tibia in 27 places. I was night skiing mobbin around and ended up goin off this 7-12 foot routine burm/cliff thing but had too much speed. my right ski ejected and my left one didn't, i ended up sliding down the run for a good 40 yards after the "landing" with my right ski ragdolling and not ejecting just twisting the bones and muscles. Heres the X-ray. I've already gone in for 3 surgeries and they put in a rod and 4 screws, made two open wounds up the sides of my leg so swelling doesn't kill my muscle and reset it. I have one more surgery this afternoon to seal up those open wounds. No more skiing this season, no more competitions but ill be shooting/filming alot hopefully.

UPDATE--

If any of you were wondering, my update has been going really well. It's been just over 4 months and I've started to walk again, so I'm stoked. I went to the doctor today for an xray and for him to check my progress and my leg is still really weak because of not putting any weight on it for so long. I have a brace on it now and am probably gonna have to wear it into summer.

Here's my xray from today...compare it to the one above and it looks so much better.
