I bought his Pink Wisdoms, which in his post were advertised as new, I also bought snow camo a-frames.

He shipped them out super quick, but when I got them I was shocked.

The wisdoms look like they have been put in a dryer with 10 lb's of rocks. I have never seen gogs in worse condition, granted they were cheap. He had advertised them as New Gogs in the title of his thread.

Onto the second issue. Motocross O-frames, ARE NOT SNOW A-FRAMES. I recieved moto o-frames in snow camo, when I paid for snow camo a-frames.

I shipped them back and even provided a tracking #.

John your def a legit guy and I know you meant no wrong and weren't trying to screw me, but can you please refund me.

I have e-mailed you the tracking # the gogs are waiting for you at the ups store you shipped them from. Paypal told me I can file an internet fraud claim, and make this a big deal.

I'd really rather avoid that, cus you and I have better shit to do with our time.

If anyone who knows him can you please relay the message, I am sure he is off skiing somewhere badass, I am not a pro though and I don't get free shit, I need my $ back.

that stinks... I don't know why this kinda of stuff has to happen. People should just be honest and descent.

Just hoping someone can realy the message to him, or hope that he sees it himself.

Have been advised by paypal to file an internet fraud claim after they reviewed the claim I made with them.

I'd really like to not do that cus I have done so in the past over even lesser of a discrepancy it was not a fun process.
 
my friend bought the Medic from him. He had it advertised as an XXL and it was an XL, also a few of the belt loops were broken and the suspenders were missing. But i'm not complaining the sweatshirts i got from him are dope
 
I've been waiting 2 months to get my $10 back from japanada. He won't return my messages. He is making me upset.
 
Yeh I am hearing alot of stuff now. I am seriously considering that claim.

I want to give him a few days to get back to me, cus I know the internet fraud shit can cost $$$ for them. I have it all filled out just have to submit it.

I am pretty sure he will be cool about this and refund me.
 
yeah man, i really dont think me meant it.. I believe in giving everyone a chance..give it a few days, and see what happens...if not, i guesse you will have to file a claim. As you said, alot of us have to work hard for our money, and when spent, it shoudl be done so in a honest manner. I believe John will realize his error, and refund you. Grood luck..!!
 
Yeh thanks. I agree I do believe he is a wicked nice guy, and was legit when I was talking to him.

We all make mistakes, just hope he is legit about this whole mess. $80 isn't that much, but shit man when you need it it mine as well be 1 Million.
 
i dont get why someone would make a thread about it, deal your shit with him and him only. you dont need to show the whole fucking world this unless its been like 2 weeks and no word.
 
exactly....like to me, 80 is like a weeks pay..i work part time...like 9 hrs a week at Harveys Restaurants....thats a fair amount of money to me...i just spent 600 on skis and bindings...but im ahppy with that decision...
 
Like Gato said I am just trying to get someone who knows him better then I to getin touch with him for me in hopes that I can get my $ back.

And it has been about a week and a half with no word, so yes I am concerned.
 
just like anything...you expect to get what you pay for....PM him...i bet he will see his error and refund you..
 
Yeh he is being cool about it. He pm'd me and said he'd refund me. I will post an update once he does, gonna give him a few days cus I know he is mad busy skiing or something.
 
Heh yeh I was so stoked when I bought them, they were... different.... to say the least from what they looked like and were described as.

The pink had totally faded, the strap was such a mess, and the ugly yellow color of the faded plastic from sun exposure was coming through big time.
 
He refunded me a while ago forgot to update this. He is super legit, just like I said above there was just a misunderstanding on the gogs.

John thanks for being legit and I just got your PM. I sent the gogs back to the UPS store you shipped them from because thats the only address I had. I called them and they said they would hold them for you until you come to pick them up.
