"Our Tunes" - Program for downloading over networked I Tunes?

Does anyone know where I can get this program? Our school has everyones computers completely networked so we can listen to other peoples files through I Tunes but you cannot download them, only play them. This program 'Our Tunes' is supposed to allow you to download shtuff off of the network. Anyone know where this shits at?
