Some homeless guy in Chicago just sued the city for being mistreated by shop owners making him leave their stores and crap, but yeah he ended up getting 68 million dollars just for being homeless. You can sue anyone for anything these days
 
haha if i was that hobo i would go find every person that didnt give me change and cockslap them.

that is fucked up...the guy is homeless and doesnt no what to do with his life. i woudnt let a homeless guy in my store ever but i woudnt mistreat him. homeless people shoudnt be allowed to just strol into a store and chill there for hours and do watever. also 68 million is a shitload and someone who doesnt do anything with there life doenst deserve a t68 million reward

this is all very true.. but i have to say, i hate how people hate on homeless people.. now that ive lived alone for about a year and a half, i realize how fucking hard it is to be able to make enough to be able to eat and pay rent and all that stuff, and if you just lose your job out of nowhere or something its fucking hard as fuck to survive if your living paycheck to paycheck. people always just say go out and get a job, but its not that easy for someone with no place to even live to just 'go get a job'
 
I hate cracked out crazy homeless people. I try to talk to them and be nice and they just start rambelling and don't make any sense and then they start freaking out about somehting and runn off.  Its fucked, they are crazy and freak me out.  I use to give them money all the time, but as a poor student I can no longer aford too and I am just plain tired of Vancouver with like 5 homeless people on every blokc, they all flock here. I have met liek 3 people from Vancouver the rest all come here cuz the winters are easier and there is a nice big social net and lots of tourists.  If i was a homeless person i would move to a town, live in the bushes and get a job, cuz there are lots of jobs in towns, at least here in BC.

and yeah i agree. you shouldnt be able to sue for just about anything these days. but in his case thats some major discrimination. but he shouldnt be taking that out on the city, and more so towards the ones who directly pointed him out and gave him the boot. and common 68 million dollars?
 
No they dropped the case or atleast i believe they did, and with that case the cleaners found his pants but the guy who was sueing the people denied that they were his pants
 
what people are suing for these days is complete bullshit. a few years ago i went to get a pair of skis mounted and i had to sign a waiver that said i realized that the brakes on skis were not for slowing you down.

when the guy said i had to sign this i just looked at him like what the fuck. and he said someone sued because the brakes didnt slow him down and he hit a tree or something
 
wanna know wat is even more fucked up on top that the hobo got 68 million dollars, but i can almost bet you that the lawyer is gonna get a hefty sum of that money.

I understand that a homeless person has every right to be in a store, and deserves the right to sue if his own rights arent upheld. But honestly, 68 fucking million dollars is absurd, its like hes winning the lottery for being homeless. Give him a couple thousand, cause hes probably just going to waste it like he has before.
 
he's just doing his job, blame the hobo, if he wasn't there, no law suit, but if that lawyer wasn't there, another one would be...

And what the fuck is it for? So the money that Americans work their ass off for can go into the hands of weasel lawyers and the scum of society?

Wow don't blame the lawyer, you know if you had the skill/capability to make that much money you would take it in a heartbeat. You attack lawyers because there just trying to make a honest living just like anyone else in the world, and than you call them the "scum of society" give me a break. It's not like their a hit man or an illegal firearms dealer; their not doing anything morally/ethical that is wrong. If you wan to blame someone, blame the flawed legal system that the founding fathers had made, which eventually became manipulated through the years into a "lottery system".
 
Its been my experience that most homeless people are ill, either mentally or drug and alcohol related, so I doubt this is a real case. On that note, you could do much better than bag on the homeless, they simply lack the nessecary skills to live like the rest of us. This is the same reason many end up with substance abuse issues. You gonna tell a drug and alcohol dependant mentally ill person to "go get a job" LOL!
 
Also after reading your post again, i have come to the conclusion that your a dumb ass motherfucker. Your obviously an ignorant asshole who has no idea how the legal system or economy works.
 
no hes not. he just doesn't like how the legal system or economy works like most americans. how can you justify giving a hobo 68 mil just because he wasn't allowed in a store (even though this whole story is bullshit)? all that money would come out of illinois's tax payers wallets (if this story was true).
 
Well if u read my post b4 that 1 you would see that i was addressing how he was attacking lawyers not the "system". Hes blaming the reason why a hobo got 68 million is because of the lawyers, not the bullshit law system. I agree the legal system is bullshit, but that doesn't mean you should blame the lawyers who are just trying to make a living like everyone else.
 
I've come to the conclusion that its is you who is the dumb ass motherfucker. Who the fuck do you think made the legal system into what it is? Lawyers. Who are the motherfuckers exploiting this system to make ridiculous sums of money off of private companies and American taxpayers? Lawyers. What is the sole group of people that is the most dangerous to the survival of the terrain park? Lawyers.

Don't get me wrong, there are plenty of legitimate jobs that lawyers perform. I just have a personal deep-rooted hatred for personal injury lawyers as well as those who receive ridiculous percentages of undeserved multi-million dollar settlements.

That being said I'm about 98% sure this story is bullshit.
