Our school just went over the line

you have the right to be presumed innocent so if they don't know what you are drinking, it's unconstitutional for them to assume that its alcohol.
 
thats fucking gay but my school is kinda the same 1st time they catch u its suspension and 2nd time expulsion which sucks
 
My school does that for the "athletic code". Good thing Lacrosse here is a club sport, otherwise our entire team wouldn't be able to play. They did a bust at some big party that I was at, but I peaced quick and got away from the police. So later, my tennis coach (school sport, so they can do shit about it) calls me in, and says I was in photos and they are going to bust me. So I asked to see the photos, just to be sure, and they were just doing that to people other kids said were there. So I got out free.

yeah seriously...do they know your drinking beer unless its a beer can or watever kind of alcohol....if its the red cups or watever cups...how can they know?
 
That is soo fucking gay. School's should never be allowed to take action about something like that which doesnt happen at school. I think that they have no right at all to do that. Kids should be able to put whatever pictures they want up and its fucking ridiculous that you can get in trouble for them looking at your pictures. I would just say that I recycled a beer can and put water in it to save the environment or something becuase they cant prove that you werent.

Aww I know where you're coming from... all the dumb bitches around here put up pictures of me with sparklers the night of a fire alarm, which I may or may not have caused, and then again on another night where our RAs told me not to have them. Plus some chick put up picutes of us with 3 funnels which are totally illegal in my res... its like they want me to get in trouble or maybe they just got no common sense
 
well like 4 kids just got expelled at my school cuz they were cought outside of school doing this.....

they were high as hell(illegal) and they have a saw'd off shotgun they made themselves (illegal) and they were in a field thats not their property (illegal) and they got caught, now when the cop searched their car they found a pound of pot (16 felonies) and a couple grams of coke (not sure how illegal but well yea its not legal) so they are FUCKED
 
is this a private school, or what? at my school, some girls got in trouble for having facebook pics of them drinking on campus.

If it is a private school, then they have every right to do what they're doing and you should adapt to their rules or not attend their school. It's that simple.
