Yeah op dont let it bother you too much, unless you have something to hide which it sounds like you do, I don't have anything to hide I don't give a shit

OP, please relax. You asked for people's opinions and you got them, but you immediately became hostile when someone had a conflicting opinion to your own. You have to realize that hostility only makes matters worse and can jeopardize the validity of your argument/opinion in the eyes of the people reading it.

As for my opinion, I'm not bothered by any of the supposed injustices. I have better things to worry about in life, like getting into the university I want to attend. So as long as my daily life isn't interfered with, and as long as I have nothing to hide, I have no problem with the policies, programs, laws, etc that our government has implimented.

Yes, if in fact he had foreknowledge of another imminent threat, which no conclusive evidence is to say he did, I would then fully agree with the public safety exception. On the other hand, you state " I believe the neck injury that you're speaking of is the gun shot wound that entered his mouth and left through the left side of his cheek/throat."

Initially, it was stated by law enforcement via AP that suspect had a gunshot wound to the throat. Authorities, then state sited by multiple newscasts (New York News) that it was a short-range self inflicted gun shot wound. However, a member of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority SWAT team who actually grabbed suspect from the boat described the throat wound as being a small knife like cut. Notice, how the officers react. CNN quickly cuts to still photographs. Now the MSM reports that the suspect was unarmed while situated in the boat. New york times stated that an M4 was found in boat. Why are the SWAT members reacting as though Campbell is saying something that he shouldn't? They have also been caught in another lie. They say after Jahar gave up, they then checked for a suicide vest? However, in the pictures released not too long ago, Jahar was seen clearly lifting his shirt. It was very convenient that he could answer basic questions and confess to a Time Square Plot.

What is odd is Tamerlan Tsarnaev's death certificate. He was taken into custody and transported to hospital near dexter avenue, in Watertown at around 1:53am. Initially, media states that Tamerlan was taken into custody, alive and well.

Amazing how there's been complete silence from the media regarding not only this video and confirmation from the Aunt and Mother, but presently we hear no statements from the younger brother protesting his innocence. It's like the whole thing has been forgotten. Why all the silence?

I just find the whole incident quite confusing and strange.

ok so I watched the clips, and they don't contradict a gunshot wound to the face. If you hear the guy, he says that the wound did not appear to be a puncture gunshot wound (entry) and that it appeared to be a slice that had opened (sounds like an exit wound)-- I'm not saying that it is, but if the guy had shot himself in the mouth, the exit wound would not have been a puncture wound. Right? I don't know one way or another but I don't think those clips prove anything at all.

You believe the media sometimes but not at other times? Is the media a credible source to you, or is it not? Or is it a credible source only when it backs a theory that you have? Please don't get defensive, I'm just stating that simultaneously you accuse the media of lying and being the source of truth.

Also, what would be the point of this conspiracy that you think exists? What do you think really happened and what is/was the goal of what happened and why it is now being "lied about."

Do you think that law enforcement did something that wouldn't be considered by the book or legal and so they are covering their tracks? If that's the case, and this kid is guilty, can you blame them? Who wants to see a terrorist get off on a technicality?

Did you watch both clips? And yes you could be correct, but the fact is he did not attempt to commit suicide with his own pistol. This is true. If anything he was shot unarmed while stationed in the boat? Correct? The boat was riddled with hundreds of bullets.

Yes I watched both clips and the reactions of the background guys in the second doesn't surprise me. My best guess is that the lead guy is trained to handle media, and was likely lying about thinking it was a knife wound when he knew the real story (the others may have too, hence their reaction). I am not at all surprised that law enforcement isn't an open-book on details pre-trial. Maybe he is trained to give an ambiguous answer when he knows the real answer is evidence or not yet public info or not smart to release. Again, conjecture-- I'm just saying there are multiple reasons for the clip.

Will you link me to the proof that he did not attempt to commit suicide and that he was unarmed? Maybe I missed that in your links, sorry.

I cannot piece together a plausible narrative. The official story is heresy and faith based. You could argue that the mainstream media was quick to broadcast information, in so that it was likely the primary reason for misinformation. If I were to believe the accounts of witnesses including Tamerlan’s auntie, than the naked man, who looks identical to that of the suspect, was in fact Tamerlan being taken into custody. Should I believe that? Should I believe the death certificate, which stated that police shot Tsarnaev and then he was run over and dragged by a vehicle? Should I believe Dr. Richard Wolfe, head of the hospital’s Emergency Department? These stories contradict each other. (H.R 4310) Remember, all "news"...video or paper... exist to make money for the owners and to propagate a policy angle supportive of the owners ideas. In this context it is almost impossible for accurate, truthful reports to exist, hence genuine journalism is rare. I do not believe in a large, distended conspiracy, I am just trying to make sense of all this. Authorities previously stated that Dzhokhar exchanged gunfire for more than an hour. If this were to be true, than you could piece together the story regarding the self-inflicting gunshot wound. However, authorities stated that suspect was unarmed. Remember, the boat was riddled with hundreds of bullets. The source regarding Ed Davis’s statement, police commissioner of the Boston Police Department on suspect exchanging gunfire, is markedly hard to find. However, this was initially broadcasted by the media and then subsequently taken down after officials stated that suspect was unarmed while situated in boat. I saw Davis account for the hour-long firefight during a press conference after Friday’s event. However, you and I could accept that authorities could not assume that suspect did not have a gun or explosives, correct? Did he have explosives? No conclusive evidence is to say he did? In any case, the FBI declined to openly discuss the events that led officers to open fire at suspect. Did the police know that there was somebody in the boat? Did they have a positive ID? If suspect was unarmed the police without ever having been fired upon went ahead and unleashed a bombardment of bullets. The police lied about the confrontation claiming they were fired upon and acting in self-defense. Can we believe anything they say? Should we? The police could be covering up their tracks.

Furthermore, what puzzled me more than anything was the statement regarding ball bearings? CNN reports that doctors at Beth Israeli hospital were pulling out ball bearings and nails from the wounded, unconfirmed source, this is a tactic media will use to push the big lie. People will believe a doctor. Correct? Were the pressure cookers packed with ball bearings and nails? CNN retracts ball bearing story, stating that no ball bearings were used and it in fact was only shrapnel from objects close to initial blast. They quote an unconfirmed source and then retracted it. The telling part is the fact that they broadcast a picture depicting blood, nails and ball bearings. Most people would not second-guess the media; many simply will combine the original retraction with the original lie. This is why I do not believe anything that comes out of a reports mount. I just cannot make sense of the whole situation. The source of retraction it was posted on CNN’s YouTube page.

Denver Post and AP also confirmed that suspect was unarmed while situated in boat? Believable?

First of all, others were the one's instigating with dumb comment. As far as snobunny, i may have handled it wrong but only because she is posting the exact thought process that I'm trying to get around, it's frustrating.
