Anyone going to ride at the Otsego Club this year?

They are planning a national event at the end of the year directly after the US Open should be super fun!

 
I was so sad to see that the secret about otsego club finally got out... ha we used to sneak on and ski for free last season. the quality of their rails and boxes is unreal
 
i read in the paper today that a bunch of international snowboard teams are coming to train for the olympics

if anyone cares
 
The jump line and pipe are sick for Northern Michigan, but the rest leaves you feeling empty inside. It's kinda funny though, with all of the downstate folk coming up for the weekends a lot of people think you are a god at skiing if you can slide a rail and do a 3 over the 30 footers
 
Ill be there january 9th and 10th and in gaylord around jan 7th. got a cabin like 15 minutes from otsego club. their stuff was pretty sick last year. but if anybody is gonna be there then or live there im gonna throw a party at my cabin so feel free to stop by, theres plenty of room to sleep a few people and theres a big hill behind the house so that should be fun. pm me for some info if you wanna drop by

Planet has been updating it with some of the things happening at the club... It will be a good year for sure
 
otsego club and planet snow design are going off this year! lots of new rails and a ton of features already set up! as of sunday 12-20 they already have 8 rails, the wall ride and 4 jumps! hopefully the big park on chair 5 will be open this weekend! the place has sick park features! get out there and check it out! i work for the freeride program and will try to keep up with updates!
 
Old news now as Mike, Corey and I did a 26 hour stint on the pipe and park

Got the pipe within 80% of being done and added the ultra sick line on chair 1 now we have 21 rails out

hips sound good! the jump line @ the end of last seson was killer but i was missing that big hip on the left! thanx for putting in so much early season work! looks great
 
This place makes no fucking sense? I want to ride there so bad!!!!! Probly the best park until you get to Vermont or Colorado... Why do they have such a massive park and when am I able to ride it???
 
the club is open to the public on thursday and friday nights. not sure on the ticket price. check out otsegoclub.com and the link to the o park site! see you out there.
 
Otsego this year already is dirty. I was there a couple days ago and the rails were sick.. there were 8 boxes/rails i think and they were all set up perfectly. We went just because it was open to public and just $10 but otherwise it is so expensive its just unreal.

Otherwise props to Otsego and be thankful if you have a pass there or get to ride regularly. Because my condo is at Boyne Mountain and there is nothing set up right now.
 
pretty sure ticket prices for friday nights to the public is $25 for under 18 and $30 18 and over. we are gonna try and have a friday night series starting soon.
 
anyone know if the pipe is ready to rip or if the park on BOBS is up and running yet. riding tonight and sunday! cant wait!
 
haha I'd say the pipe better be ready to rip by now and if not soon. Japan got out here yesterday.

As for the prices for the public thursday and friday...I remember them being pretty reasonable, at one point it was like five or ten dollars...now I'd have to check.
 
the second of otsego clubs friday night rail series is tonight! prizes for first place and points accumulate for great prizes and cash @ end of season! see you out there!
 
yea there is a rail jam every friday and its 10$ to sign up ( cash prizes and shwag giveaways - if your not a member its 25$ and that includes your lift ticket and reg. for the comp - we are also thinking about haveing a skate comp next friday night on the 4ft indoor skate bowl - hit me bakc if we have alot of skaters out there and today was AMAZING - i think we just one upped breck ya i said it
