Yes, I know it's a scary thought but there are other kinds of forums on the internet. NS isn't the only one (although it might be the most addicting).

2 questions

1. What other forums do you go to?

2. What is the general vibe of these forums?

I go to a few street bike forums and and one at a website called 'thedjlist'.

NS is pretty unique though. It is by far the most addicting and mindless. It is also the most negative.

Thoughts?

judging by the one other forum im a part of, NS isnt overly mean. I go to musiciansforums from mxtabs for geetar and the people over there are all "newb, pwn, and gay shit

hmmm i like NS but the some of the new features make it seem like any other forum out there

its an independant filmmakers site. the vide is pretty cool, although to post videosor get special offers you need a premier membership ($25/month). but the guys in the forums know what theyre talking about, and are incredibly helpful

although it doesnt change a lot, theres not a ton of activity on there. i do like the fact that any topic i post in sends me a response via email, because it is a small site. that would suck if NS did that, my inbox would be full.
