the apex looks so tight. i wish i could test ride one, it looks really fun. and id love to see how there trucks feel.

My friend has an old shitty Original...sketchiest fucking thing in the world. Except snowskates.

This post is basically worthless though because I don't know anything about Original, so trust the people above me.

if it were me (I made this almost exact decision about a month ago when getting a board)

I would get the Malakai 40. I say this because i love pintails and how they ride.

pintails i find are smooth and solid, i know that other board performs great but whats life without a challenge?

Also, the apex is great to learn on, you can learn standies and little fishtails easily on them.

My bro (Mr.~Jib) has the apex 37... Pretty sick board.

Its very flexy (he is pretty light so he has the softest flex) and if you get their trucks they have springs in them so it kinda helps spring you out of every turn.

Its really good for carving, it almost feels like a ripstick it carves so well... but naturally its not as good as bombing hills as my dervish...

overall its an awesome board

Good Luck buying!

nevermind he has the 35. sorry for the triple post.
but yeah the 35 is realllyyyy sick. i haven't ridden the 37 but i've heard lots of good things about it. great al around board for sure
