What is there to know about Orem, UT? I know that it's within an hour of park city, alta, and SLC. But besides that, what is there to do there? I'm looking at doing an exchange from my home campus of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

How far is Orem away from hiking, mountain biking and other fun things?
 
Its boring as hell here as far as city stuff goes but theres tons of stuff like biking and hiking all around up provo canyon
