Oregon Coast

Hey I'm from Calgary Canada and me and a few friends are planning on road tripping along the coast this month. I've been to Oregon before with my family, Cannon Beach etc. We stayed in hostels. But I'm wondering what I could do in order to avoid expensive sleeping. Tenting on the beach is what I would most like to do.

Also if you know any nice places to visit while I'm there. We want to try and avoid other people as much as we can.

Let me know, thanks.

i have a place on south beach of newport and if you walk down on the beach about a mile south of the bridge theres some really cool places along the beach like lil "chill" spots... ya know! let me know when you guys head that way cause if your down there around the weekend time i might even be over there and you guys could possibly stay at my cabin, just shoot me and PM when you get it all planned out

south of newport in a town called waldport is where i always go. the beach is big and open, and the sea lions by the bridge are radical.

If youve seen the opening to corduroy you could go there. I forget what the beach but is called but its a nice hike in and would make for a small adventure

this is very true my family has a house right on the other side of cascade head. i try to stop there every time i'm down there
