You guys gotta remember I had a choose to sign my papers for the United States Army...Glad I did only going to be gone 10 months come home and I will another year to serve. Then I might be done shoot I already got a portion of my signing bonus 10,000 dollars I will get the rest each quarter I guess...If I renlist I can get up to 50,000 tax free money. :) I have the most kick back job ever, right now that is. I haven't really been in the Army that long though so I don't know what to expect when I report to my first duty station. Thanks everyone for the support. :)
 
Maybe the war will be over//calmed down by then. You kids who say kill some rag heads, thats not so nice... SUpport the soldier not the war i think.
 
I didn't go through 9 weeks of basic, 4 weeks of ait at fort benning not to shoot anyone...shit i wanna shoot someone 400 yards away on the run and recieve my cib (combat infantry badge.)
 
hey man good luck out there. and thank you for serving; you are a true hero, and i have more respect for you guys than anyone else. i'd like to serve when i get older as well. so thank you for being an inspiration to all of us and good luck. we'll all be praying for your safe return.
 
yes, the hate towards Americans in the middle east comes from their perception of us. namely the ignorance, arrogance, and lack of respect for their culture. you saying "kill a towel head for us" is just promoting the hate and making it a conflict between ignorant, stereotypical groups, which will never lead to peace. how can we say we're trying to help them if so many people in our country advocate the killing of "towel heads?" it shows total disrespect for their culture and will get us nowhere.
