Ordering ninthwards

yo guys.i ordered a pair of skis from ninthward about a week ago. paid for them online via pay pal. never received any confirmation they got my order and i havent heard anything back from them. wondering if anyone has experienced this or is this common for ninthward. never dealt with their company before so im not too sure whats going on. seems pretty wierd tho because whenever i order stuff online i usually will hear back within a day or two.

Ninthward is sketchy as fuck. I would call them if you can. If you don't get the skis by the middle of this week and you haven't heard from them, I would call your credit card company.

try to make contact via phone or email. If no luck within a week, you can file a dispute through paypal. I had something happen with level1 where my order got lost in the website move, but I eventually got in touch and sorted it all out. Last time I ordered from ninthward? I had the skis hand delivered to me within a few days :P (lived in mammoth)
 
+1 on this. Had a buddy who was sponsored by them who also said they were sketchy and to add they had to give him overbuilt skis so he wouldn't keep on snapping their skis anymore.
 
just hang tight, i only got a confirmation from paypal. i ordered my skis this august and when they didnt come by september 15th i emailed them, i got a reply that said they were backed up and that they were gonna import and the end of october. i emailed them again the other day and no response. Im a little ticked that they havent updated anything and wont reply to my email especially as opening day comes closer. if anyone else has heard anything i would love to know.
 
I've heard a lot of bad stories about dealing with ninthward online but i've also heard great things about the ski so I decided to email first asking how long it would take to get them shipped to me if i was to order because ski season is approaching for me too. Still waiting on a reply... 3 weeks later. Even if its the best ski ever, not sure if i'd order just based on how long it seems to be taking from other stories i'm hearing about. Hope you get your skis
