Order hasn't shipped and it's been over 5 weeks.

Anyone know how long it normally takes to receive stickers from the NS store? I ordered a pack near the end of August and the order status doesn't even say it's been shipped, it just states "order has been confirmed." I contacted the help email with a follow up and no one has gotten back to me.

I know it's only $20 but I think 5 and a half weeks is more than enough time to process an order.

We got a few envelopes back in the mail that were undeliverable, let me check tomorrow. Either way I'll send out a new sticker pack to you asap. Sorry for the wait and thank you for the support!
