Orage warrenty ?

i bought a pair of Orage Noho corduroy ski pants about 2 months ago on backcountry. it was the last pair they had and when i recieved them the right pockets seam was not sewn together on the inside, sucks cause i didnt want to send them back to backcountry cause they did not have another pair. should i try to give orage a call ? anybody ever deal with them ?
 
beginning to question there quality i have a masters jacket that the seems are totally coming apart the thing was like three fitty
 
my orage masters coats all flawless condition. never one rip

my pants............made oakley look like good quality
