Is the vantage a shell? I have tried on the DPV1 and it is a nice feeling jacket. I like the look of the vantage better, but how does it function?

vantage is fully insulated with all the features you could ever want. Lycra cuffs, pass pockets, skirt, many pockets etc etc.

It's fully insulated? I kind of like the feeling of shells because i feel i move more freely. Is movement affected by the extra insulation? Is it removable? Thanks

 
Anyone? I want to know how the vantage feels in comparison to the DPV1 which i have actually tried on. Freedom of movement and can the inner lining be removed? Thanks

 
DPV1..definately thats what im getting in the red color..ive tried them on and they kick ass

My bro has the DPV1 and i tried it on, i like it, but it's not really my style and i dont really like the colors that much, maybe the red. I like the vantage in blue, but i am trying to find out the freedom of movement in it. Is it as easy to maneuver in as the DPV1? Or is it A LOT thicker? How is the feel compared to the dpv? Thanks for the help fellas.

 
it feels like your standars insulated jacket. you can move..its warm and it looks sexy :) ,..i was going to get it..but it costs $450 :(

I ordered the Vantage today, thanks for the advice, i get it friday so ill see. It isnt $450, i ordered it from skiershop.com, they have it on sale for $259 no tax and free shipping. Check them out, real nice guys and prices.
