Jeffy, I'm with you! Turpin got ROBBED for sure!!! Tanner's landings were pretty sketch compared to Chris' super stomped style! He's still gotta be stoked with second, but... I just wanted to see him beat Tanner, especially after that dis in Freeze a couple months ago!

turpin would of won but it was that weird finals layout where you had to have 2 different tricks as your 2 top scores

TURPIN DID WIN!!! He was totally robbed of first place! Tanner put his hand down on the landing. Everyone was chanting Chris, Chris, Chris before the awards and everyone was soo suprised Tanner won. He wasn't even supposed to compete...

True, the crowds reaction was kind of shocked when Turpin was given 2nd place.

btw, I have all of the superpipe finals, some of the qualifiers, and all the big air stuff on video. the only problem is that I don't have a computer to upload it to. Give me some time though...

 
Yeah I was there and Turpin was throwing huge stylie switch corked 7s and stomping them and Tanner almost bailed while landing his last jump.

his tricks weren't even the same. one was a straight up switch 7 and the other one was a really corked 720 with the sickest loukang ever. and he stomped the shit out of them way doiwn the landeing. I really don't understand what the judges were doing. in my mind he won that comp for sure.

i wasn't watching the comp myself but i'm sure that tanner was as smooth as he always is, and he really was the best. tanner's my god and he said once in freeze-mag that turpin sucks. so i think that really does. fuck.
