Curious what you all think, the site is not done, but will be fully online by Friday.

Basically let me know what comments.critiques you might have.

I will be advertising and supporting through NS once it's up and ready.

Just looking for what else needs to be on it for now.

It's simple, but it works.

I have to get the warranty info online, along with a few tweaks to the detailed product descriptions.

The systems are 100% RoHS certified btw, big step for technology and the environment.

Also if you have any questions not relating to the site don't be afraid to ask em.
 
So wait, its a "green" computer? What? Are the parts like more ecofriendly?

You should start out by explaining what it is :S
 
very sick company! love hows there are alot of main plugs in the front.

maybe add background in the white are with like the green tree stuff.
 
good site so far, i am looking forward to seeing the finished product. and i like the mission statement of your company, eco-aware systems is a great selling point in todays world.
 
the site is eventually gonna just be a main image window with 3 big tabs along the top.

I think that will make it easier to navigate and find out what we are all about.

The computers themselves are about as eco friendly as they come today. They are 1/3rd the size of the average desktop, and fully RoHS certified which means little to no hazardous materials used in any of the parts. Not to mention they run 54% more efficient :: )
 
there are a few with close names, but I have the only one registered in the computer manufacturing business. And another year left before I get the Trade Mark on it, god that's such a gay process.

Stockpile mad drugs to help deal with the 5 year wait of getting a trademark haha.

 
yeh almost had to get my lawyers and theirs talking when I applied for the trademark heh, cus the industries are so close and the trademark stuff is mad strict.
 
content doesn't stay in the main box, I have to scroll to the right to read it, an even then it's all squished into a narrow verticle column.
 
people use safari at work? the world disappoints me more and more each and every passing moment...
 
That looks like a great company man! I especially like how you keep the hardware warranty outside of your own warranty, not too many companies do that. You might want to specifically say what HDD you're using, because you're probably using a low power drive, right?

The flourish behind the computer looks good, and everything is clean and easy to read. The only thing i'd suggest is more tabs and an arctic themed background to fill everything out and make it look more complete. I'm sure that will come in time tho, nice site dude.
 
antec EARTHWATTS is a line of power supplies that are pretty energy efficient, i couldn't find what powersupplies u were using but u may want to look into that
 
yarrr, nice job on the template. You got rid of a lot of the Zen Cart look and feel. You can get rid of the IP address display at the bottom though, I don't know why any customer needs to see it.

Maybe try splitting the text on the product page into two columns so the doesn't look as long?

 
The HDD is a WD, and it's a 7200 drive, so typical speed and power, but it is fully RoHS certified, so no lead, or many other hazardous substances where used.
 
I really dig that. Any upgrade options avaible with those systems (RAM, video)
 
i like this one a bit better. try to make the resolution a bit bigger though, right now it doesn't even take up half of my screen.

kk. i kinda don't like how all of the font is in white though, it doesn't work too well with your light blue background. a gradient font from grey to green might look good.
 
Yeh working on getting more pics.

The next run of cases are going to be white paint on recycled steel, with a blue logo, only 100 will be made to start. Only 1000 of the current cases exist though and they will stop being made as soon as the white ones come out.

It's pretty cool, hope some of you really dig this idea. Getting green is mad important. It needs to be the color of the future, but a lot of people don't give a shit.
 
This company is going to bomb. Who's going to drop $1500 for that. Now if you made a mac for 2 grand you could get those retards to buy it since they are younger, more environmentally conscious and are already over paying. The only way you will make any money is if you get businesses to buy into this. But they won't since they want computers from large, reputable corporations.
 
The white space is appreciated! It reminds me ofhttp://www.netapp.com/us/products/ with room to breathe.

The tail behind the PC is cute. I'd love to see more colour and contrast for some reason. I guess adding green or orange might not be the best though. Maybe you can put some more contrast or texture into the blue background gradient?

Maybe the links at the top could be spiced up a bit too. Small Caps or bold them or something.
