last years darksides are really good. they are so light. they are actually the same ski as this years 1260 182cm, just look at the dimensions. i demoed like every twintip last year, and ended up getting darksides, because of the weight and they are great all mountain.

old lines delam, so if you want the best all mountain twin and you dont care about delamming, get some enemies, theyre much better

the 2002 lines don't delam. At least mine didnt.

well lines are sick jib skis... flexible.. fast.. but they break by seasons end.. i know.. i've had the orange 1260's, the skogen sprang's with the viking ship, and now i have the blue 12's and after 1 day of use they are already starting to chip andcrack.. the only thing is line is very good about hooking up their customers with new skis if you call 888-line-ski get an ra # and send em out in about a week you'll have brand new skis.

i've seen some kid with line skiboards - i wanted to get a pair of darksides when i was in the States but i couldn't find them

===================

'Just Jib It'

i have hated them since they began, but got a free pair from some dude who works there, but they are getting unskiable cause of dents and cracks in the base. i go thru like at least three pairs of every other skis a year, and its been since april and the lines havent seriulsy broke. if you dont mind mike nick that bad, you should support LINE

THEY SUCK DO NOT BUY...I SKIIED ON A PAIR OF MIKE NICK'S LAST WEEK. WASTE OF $710.00 ...THEY GOT I BORROWED THEM

my darksides from 2001 haven't delamed yet and I used them for one whole season and a little bit last season and am still riding them now for rail and rock boards...

lines have not had a delam problem for a few years. they weren't durable the first couple years when they were sidewall, but they have been cap for a few years now, and they are fine. i skied my darksides hard for a season, and they are still in excellent shape. people who say lines delam don't know what they are talking about and are just perpetuating rumors from years ago.

1260s arent 710 dollars

this years 182 1260 is the same as last years darkside?

'you ski? oh wow no one skis anymore.'- my cousin's friend

i don't believe they are the same unless something changed bigtime ...the darksides are a more all mountain board where the 1260's are more of a park board

I've skied every other compant except the godlike Armadas everyone talks about and Lines are the best and look the sickest. I've converted many a skier too Line

Line makes a tight ski, a little soft in the tale like someone else said but good all mountain skis. Buy them especially if they are a good price. cant go wrong with lines twins. Good luck

i'm just saying that the 1260 is all last years sticks with new topsheets. last years 153 is this years 153mm 1260, last years skogens are this years 177mm 1260, and last years darkside are this years 182mm 1260. go to getboards.com, they have all last years lines still, check out the dimmensions and see for yourself. oh yeah, and last years mike nick pros are this years 142mm ghetto blasters. the darksides were not $710 last year, they were only $500 because they had the birch/aspen core not the maple/aspen.

line skis are fucking wicked park skis mostly but they are good for all mtn . go for them dood very nice

Nsp For life baby , Purden Mtn here we come

Line skis Lick ass for all mountain use. I've skied pretty much everything and gotta tell you, the only thing worse out there are rossi's.

There centre mounting stuff is a bad idea, the tail is too long and it carves great on groomers, but don't even think about taking it into the bumps or trees.

I broke 3 pairs of darksides and had never broken a pair of skis before. They are good for jibbing and nothing else, so if all you'll do are groomers and park riding, go for it. But if you want a real ski, grab some enemy's or a pair of Nordica Beast 74's

not in the bumps or trees? just sounds to me like you need to learn how to ski better...and you don't HAVE to have any ski center mount

I ride the original skogens and they fucking rip all mountain (or maybe it's just me). When I bought them I was afraid they wouldn't be that good all mountain because I'm like 6'1 and I thought they would be way too short but I wanted a park ski as well. I'm not saying that other skis might work better for all mountain but with Line I've found skis that in my opinion rule all over the hill. I'm going to get Motherships this year as well.
