Opening for my school news show

I have to one up this video from last year, it will be really hard but do you guys have any ideas to help me?

 
ghey school comp wont let me watch it but i just got done makin the same thing for my schools show this mornin....airs tomorrow should be interesting

also we couldnt afford any other editing software so i have to use WMM all semester ...ghey shit
 
I know that it is kinda played, but use the song "The Final Countdown" and do something about how you only have XXamount of days left.

And then at the end, Rick Roll em just for shit's and giggles!
 
Although that was bomb and very clearly made within the last year... I couldn't help getting the feeling that it looked like something out of the early 90's
 
i honestly didnt get it at all. was it just kids breakin rules? and was the burrito shit metaphorical for bud or somethin?
 
That was freakin legit! I love the shot of the shop class with the wear your eye protection, classic memories!! if your asking for tips, personaly I would make the video match with the song a bit more, like have cuts on certain drum parts, it would be cool with a fast forward at the end with all the people walking..maybe some cool pan shots.... just go nuts man you cant mess up.... by the way we need an updated version.
 
holy shit has this many people really not seen dazed and confused? that video was a perfect remake of the opening scene. and they turned like 5 marijuana references into funny alternatives.
