it will be dry until a freak snowstorm moves in the weekend after thanksgiving weekend, dropping 3 feet o snow and allowing all resorts to open the same day.

Hmmm, I hate to be a copy-cat, but I think you've got it SPOT on Damon. Snoqualmie is definately going ot be the 22nd, MAYBE the 20th, but that's a wednesday. We'll be open until April, but yeah, late-ish start me thinks.
