Only One is School that Skis

So i'm still in High School and my high school only has a couple hundred students so i pretty much know everyone. And from what i know i'm the only one that skis. There are two people that board and that's it. I was wondering if any of you guys have no skiers in school also? Maybe this has something to do with me living in Jersey but there are alot of ns'ers on here from jersey so just let me know.
 
Yeah I live on the southside of chicago. My high school is private, but definately bigger. However, I'm am the only person pretty much in the school that skis park and stuff. I don't know any skiers that don't rent. I know like a few guys that have their own boards, but I'm not really sure if they are good or if they ride park like me, which sucks. So I don't have much of a crew to ski with.

I'm kidding. Back on topic, there is one person I met last year and he is the only skier in his school and it's in a rural part of northeastern NY.
 
There's only 3 in my school including me. The other park skier is one of my best friends. And the other one skis a lot of moguls but hes still in my friend group.

We have a lot of boarders at my school but we only have around 200 kids in our school do were all friends lol.

My suggestion to you would be to try and meet people on the mountain odds are they'll live somewhere near you
 
Dude... I know that feel, i was the only skier in my high school (and i mean ONLY skier.) We had "Snowboard Club" with some pretty cool boarders but i felt all alone.

I'm from South Jersey btw.
 
Just moved to utah and my mind is blown on how many people who were born and raised in utah don't ski of ride. Its a damn shame cause they have the best area to ski and they don't take advantage or even attempt to take advantage.
 
I can sort of relate...I am the only person out of my group of friends who does any sort of winter sport. So I am usually skiing with wither myself, or my brother.

Wish I could meet some rad skiiers tho to give me some park protips
 
School of 1500 kids; only 2 of us that ski and one just sits in the smoke pit and smokes cigs. Its fucked nobody knows anything I ever talk about and it fucking blows

 
This thread turned racist but yeah most of my friends dont ski or suck at it. I have two okay friends that I used to ski with but now its just me and a bunch of boarders. tHey are still cool kids but wud like a skiier in the mix. skiing with yourself can be solid too.
 
I mean i had one skier friend but now he switched to boarding. Hes actually pretty good but it sucks cuz i'm the only skier.
 
Maybe if the people in Jersey weren't busy taking a half hour to spike their hair or go tanning they'd have time to ski? Kidding they probably don't even act like that... but seriously.
 
5 skiers including me. The other 4 can only slide some rails straight, and 2 of them can 360 a 10 footer. It sucks but I've made some good friends at the hill.
 
im the only one that goes in the park at my school. as far as im concerned. we got 450 people ish.people that go in the park definition in my eyes: not someone who goes off the sides of the jumps of rails. twin tips and is on NS
 
Bumper, same thing here, I just imagine that my crew is walking with me in the hallways and we're the biggest bad boys at the school.
