Online Ski Shops?

Hey, I am thinking of purchasing my skis from an online store, mostly for the price difference from a store. But i hear that alot of these shops are not that good. I heard from my cousin that some of these sites are not uathrorized dealers, and that they sell broken products, etc.

The site I went to is www.porterstahoe.com looked like they had great deals. Alot of the skis from last year were 50% off. Is this a good site? and if not, what are some good sites?
