Hi guys im new to this forum so if this isn't the right place, sorry. I am wondering if it is better (cheaper)to buy ski stuff online. Which site is the best to use. I was thinking of getting line anthems ($379USD) but their are so many shops online to choose from. (im shipping to Canada). Im not new to buying online (i buy bike parts online) but i asked this same question on a biking forum. THe sights i was thinking of are:

word if the seller is legit, and backcountry is a sick place, i bought mine from there..
 
i have had nothing but amazing experiences with backcountry.com. i know they dont ship certain things, like oakley i believe, to canada but you should be fine with the skis.
 
also meant to add that i would stay away from getboards. search some threads regarding them, they are a very hit or miss company. years back i had good experiences with them and then after two terrible experiences i stopped ordering from them. all of NS seems to have very mixed reviews on the reliability of getboards.
 
Backcountry is awesome. I bought a few things from them. Fast shipping to Canada and No Duty or Fee at the door if you take the UPS (tarrif included) shipping.
 
ive used getboards before. i would never buy skis on it cuz theyre mad overpriced, and shipping to canada would make it ridiculous. the goggles i got from them though are mad sick and safely shipped. they are trustworthy but expensive for skis.
