Online list

I've tried maybe 5 or 6 times tonight to click on a name in the Online list to get that person's profile, and every time it has froxen and forced me to close Internet Explorer. What's going on? Is it my computer?

And just now, I tried to open a mesaages omeone sent me, and it forze again, the whole left side isn't working for me.

Yeah, it is my computer, because my crappy one in my basement has no problems, my newer one is the one that has this problem.
