Is there a proper name for going down a rail on one ski?

if you are going straight like a 50-50 its called a nugget

back foot = backslide

if you mean railing with only one ski (no ski on other foot,), i dont think theres a name for that

if you mean 50-50 with only 1 ski on box, its skislide

i think a ski slide would be sliding on your skis sideways since that's the most common thing in newschool skiing...

this, except I sometimes interchange nugget and 50/50 for straight. kinda funny how some of our trick names come from inline, while others come from skateboarding, while others come from snowboarding, while others are just made up. Skiing is so fucked up when it comes to trick names.

i call both feet going straight 50/50 cuz you have half your weight on each foot just how a 50/50 in skateboarding is on both trucks

and trick names for every sport is weird as hell

from what i know:skislide = equivalent of 50/50 in snowboarding, ski is // to the rail

1 ski on the rail and perpendicular to it (as if you were sliding it regular and lift 1 leg) => 1 footer

If its one foot and facing forward/back I call it a nugget. If it's both feet its either 50-50 or switch 50-50
