One ski longer than the other??

Just took a brand new pair of 10/11 surface double times to get mounted, and when the shop measured them one ski was 5mm longer than the other. Is this normal? Will this make any difference?

They also measured the true center on each ski and the topsheet markings were way off. Luckily they measured, so I don't have each ski mounted differently. Has anyone else had this problem?

if they were 180, im gonna guess they are blem skis, where the material length is the same, but one has a more prominent tip/tail, so it takes up more of the length

They weren't listed as blems on the website. And they came in the factor packaging. I figured they were cheap because they were 10/11 skis.

5mm on a ski thats probably 180ish cm is nothing at all .
