I hear this alot, but I always wondered...What is stopping you? "Before I die" seems like such a vague statement. You could die in 70 years...you could die tomorrow.

Obviously flying like Jokke and Robert probably wont ever happen, but just flying wingers and eventually doing some wingsuit BASE could. Stop being "that guy" and next time you have some leave or a free weekend go start to make it happen.

if you follow the rules and training of base jumping, you need like 1000 jumps before they let you use a wing suit. But there is not much stopping you from just buying a suit and jumping of some mountain.

Well the thing that should stop you is the desire to live, There's probably a reason why they want you to get more jumps in before you slap on a wing suit.

I want to do this so bad though.

In the United States, the USPA requires 200. And I would recommend at least 50 wingsuit skydives before jumping a fixed object. That can, and is often, done in one summer by those who are motivated.
