One footer rail slides

Haven't been on here in a while but I've been noticing how more and more people are doing one footed grinds.

No, I'm not talking about creepers or nuggets, I'm talking about the awkward karate kick slides.

Now Im in no position to say what's hip or not but you all look like idiots.

Do people really think sliding rails like a sassy roller bladder looks cool or are all of your sick ass dreads cutting off the blood flow to your brains?
 
broken slides are wack as fuck

backslides can be dope if done super fast on a dfd but otherwise they are wack

front foot slides are only dope if its lip on front slide to witch or blind 2

Because standard rail tricks and a ton of flailing arm switchups are really cool. Right? Oh wow, let me see another blind fed in an edit. Cool! Triple swaps are so much style.

Dont just just assume i thought quad swaps and shit like that are cool just because i didnt list them

Front slides on real rails are so mental, at least on PVC you've got a garuntee that you won't stick.

true. besides that they are hard as fuck. i have yet to see someone front slide a dfd but i want to see it
 
Ive seen some fresh stuff. its abll about the style with the trick man. I definitely dont dislike them like the rest of the poeple though

I prefer not to, but when I feel like peeing my pants I'll try something that involves going upside down. Love getting out to bohemia and out west when I can, but honestly for me the feeling of stomping something at the top of my bag of tricks or adding to the bag beats the feeling of cruising through pow pow (it's a very close call though). Rail riding is extremely fun, and since park rails and handrails are plentiful in the midwest I'm perfectly happy to primarily ski rails.

I am a rollerblader, of course I look like one. On another note, it's really fun to add new tricks to your bag, and one-footers open up a lot of room for variety on rails outside of the usual spin on, switch up, spin off. And everyone should try grabbing during one footers, feels way better IMO.
 
Not my favorite...

Funny, a few years ago when people started doing them, they got a ton of hate from NS and the same pros doing them now.

backslides are some of the smoothest shit ever. Disaster backslide on a fd? so goddamn smooth it looks floaty. sack up and send a backslide and maybe youll respect them
