Not really something you can explain, the skis are awesome, super well built, made in America, the people that work there are awesome, the customer service is second to none, and once you ride a pair of their skis you're hooked.
ya customer service is amazing. i emailed them with a question and they emailed back within 5 minutes. whereas i email armada and some other companies and never get a response. and their skis are bombproof. im picking me up some new kartel 98s
